We ship Australia wide. All orders will be sent in regular parcel post unless otherwise arranged. This many take anywhere from 2-12 business days depending on the destination. If you would like your items sent via express postage please select express post at checkout. If express post isn't an option please contact us.
Please note shipping times may depend on stock availability.
In the event parts do become no longer available or are placed on back order, we do our best to advise the customer with in 3 working days from time of order confirmation. This can sometimes be held up due to supplier issues.
Please enquire about stock levels before placing urgent or large quantity orders as parts may take 2-3 business days to process or restock after being sold.
Any orders placed after midday may be at risk of adding 1 extra working day to delivery times.
Customers will usually be notified within 2-3 working days of any changes to shipping fees, changes in availability of items ordered or orders being cancelled.
Overseas Shipping
We can ship overseas depending on location and the pricing available. Please get in contact with us before purchasing from locations outside of Australia. We reserve the right to quote additional fee's or refund any order that may be too expensive to ship into certain countries.
Bulky Items and/or Dangerous Goods
Shipping fees are initially based on your order total during checkout. Once we process your order for shipment we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees and/or cancel the order associated with oversized, heavy items and/or dangerous goods, or any other limitations. Theses orders will be assessed on actual dimensions, weight, destination, carrier, and country limitations.
Free freight on orders over $150 does not apply to large or bulky items and dangerous goods.
Refunds will not be offered for late delivery, due to delays at freight company's. A 20% restocking will apply.

Please note there will be no refunds on electrical components or specially ordered parts. Refunds will not be given on parts that have been incorrectly fitted, tested or ordered without authorization.
We are happy to exchange parts for incorrectly ordered parts, please note they will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you need to return parts please contact us at opespares@hotmail.com for an authorization number before returning any parts. Your refund or credit will be processed upon receipt of the returned items, providing they are still in original saleable condition. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances unless previously stated.
All returns or cancelled orders, not at fault of Outdoor Power Equipment Spares, will incur a 20% restocking fee. Return freight will be at buyers expense.
