If you use this site you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for restricting access to your computer.  You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under you account or password.

We request that you create an account when placing an order. At this point you will provide contact details used for billing and shipping purposes. Also provides us with contact details to keep a history of your purchases for records and return purposes. The private information you provide will not be used for anything other than outlined above.

We offer an extensive range of products and endeavour to do our best to stock as many items as we can. It is not possible for us to carry every item that is listed on our site all of the time, and at certain times of the year our suppliers can not supply us as they do not have stock themselves.

This is unavoidable and we will do our best to have our site continually updated with product back-order dates (as accurate as possible). However, in certain cases, where parts are listed as being in-stock, or because of dispatch delays, it is possible for us to sell out of certain items.  We apologize for any occasions that orders cannot be supplied and will do our best to keep you informed if products are delayed, backordered or no longer available. We reserve the right to offer a full refund on any order which goes to back-order with one of our suppliers. 

Although we try to be accurate and error-free, inevitably mistakes do happen. Sometimes there can be errors in our pictures or descriptions.  

Outdoor Power Equipment Spares offers a range of aftermarket parts. Where the customers nominated brand is unavailable, Outdoor Power Equipment Spares reserves the right to substitute for a compatible product of another brand to equal or greater value. If the substituted brand is of a lower value, a refund of the difference will be made. 

Due to circumstances beyond our control, product specifications and prices may change without notice. From time to time pricing may change to reflect cost of acquisition, due  to currency fluctuations, availability and freight costs. Prices will be confirmed at time of order acceptance by Outdoor Power Equipment Spares.

We reserve the right to refund orders due to supplier price increases. Suppliers constantly change their pricing and due to this we may not always have the latest pricing listed online. We work hard to keep our pricing accurate, but this is sometimes impossible to do. We will organize a full refund for a customer's order if the new price is not accepted.

Please note any special discount codes EXCLUDES WHOLEGOODS unless otherwise stated. Any whole goods purchased using a special discount code will not be processed and a full refund will be provided.

All products sold and offered by Outdoor Power Equipment Spares are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty and guarantees. Outdoor Power Equipment Spares are re-sellers of these products and are not responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly by these products. We will offer a full refund for any damaged, defective or malfunctioned products and assist in communications with manufacturer's as much as possible.

When purchasing from powerequipmentspares.com.au the buyer is waiving their right for any claims against the company, for any form of product liability caused by the product's malfunction, defect or damage. Outdoor Power Equipment Spares is only liable to the extent of a full refund as stipulated and covered under the conditions of sale. 

 All machines supplied by Outdoor Power Equipment Spares will be assembled and then tested in our premises as per our dealer agreements. We will then be required to drain any fuel, oil and/or liquid from machines before freight companies will dispatch the products. Customer will need to fill up fuel and oil upon receiving machine, BEFORE starting. We urge all customers to ensure they read the owners manuals provided before starting any new machine. We also request you get in contact with us if you have any questions before operating the machine.

Due to certain supplier restrictions and dealer agreements, we reserve the right to fully refund any order placed by a customer that is not in our service area for that particular brand or model.
